Our Services

We empower families through education and support.

Education

Our education offerings instill confidence and reduce fear of the unknown.

Your doulas are excited to share their knowledge and experience with you!

Infant Feeding 101

This 2 hour class is held in your home. Our Certified Infant Feeding Specialist can provide education about all your infant feeding options, or focus on the topics most important to you.

Your instructor will bring lots of hands-on teaching aids, and can incorporate the supplies you already plan to use, such as an electric breast pump or bottles.

Add a 1 hour Infant Feeding Plan consultation to your 101 class, or book separately.

Ready to Grow

This 3 hour class is offered in a group format, or can be scheduled as a private session in your home or virtually.

Our evidence-based curriculum will build your confidence in caring for your new addition, and ensure your whole family is set-up for a smooth transition.

Some of the topics covered include:

  • Infant feeding

  • Promoting healthy sleep for baby and parents

  • Important preparations to make before baby arrives that go beyond a nursery and baby gear

Grandparents Class

This 2 hour class has a group format and can be taught in-person or virtually.

Becoming a grandparent is an exciting time! This fun, discussion-based class celebrates the joy of your new role, and the wisdom you will bring to the life of your child and grandchild. It’s also an opportunity to learn about current recommendations for safety, health and childcare. As you understand more about the information today’s parents are using to make decisions, you’ll be even more successful at supporting your child through this transition.

Support anytime you need it.

There’s no specific timeline when a family “should” need doula support! We are always here for you.

** In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now offering the option of virtual postpartum care.
Please contact us to find out more about how we can support you and your family virtually. **

Getting ready for baby.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed about baby preparations, you don’t have to do it all alone! Your doula can help bring order to your plans — and all that baby gear — and you’ll soon feel confident that your home is ready for baby.

Nervous about your first days and weeks home with baby? Book a Postpartum Care Plan consultation. With our guidance, you will create a detailed plan and feel empowered and confident about early parenting.

Bringing home baby.

We can come to assist you any time after baby’s birth — even during your postpartum hospital stay.

The early postpartum period is a time of physical and emotional transitions for both parent and baby. As a trained and knowledgable expert, your doula will be there to answer all your questions and anticipate your needs during this time. Allowing you and your family to stay focused on bonding with your new addition.

A year of constant change.

Baby’s first year has one constant throughout — constant change! Each month, week and day bring new and exciting milestones, and there may be some bumps along the road, too.

Your doulas have your back! Call on us anytime during baby’s first year — there’s no time limit on when a parent might need a little backup. Whether it’s challenges with sleep or feeding or anything else, we are here to help.
